About the Program
Young ICT Explorers (YICTE) is a national digital‑technologies program that invites students from Years 3–12 to design and build original technology projects. Originally delivered as a series of in‑person events across Australia, the program has evolved into a fully virtual model, enabling participation from metropolitan, regional and remote communities on equal footing.
Anagram Events’ Role
Anagram Events supports the end‑to‑end delivery of YICTE, ensuring the program operates smoothly across multiple states and time zones. Our work spans the transition from physical events to a scalable virtual model, maintaining consistency, accessibility and a high‑quality experience for students, educators and industry judges

Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of national event schedules and judging sessions
- Management of virtual event platforms and digital workflows
- Participant and school support throughout registration and submission
- Judge and volunteer briefing, onboarding and session management
- Stakeholder and partner liaison across industry and education
- Operational oversight to ensure a seamless virtual experience
Program Impact
YICTE engages thousands of students each year, providing a platform for young Australians to showcase their ideas, build confidence and explore future pathways in digital technologies. About the Expos
Anagram Events supports the delivery of large‑scale business and community expos across South East Queensland, bringing together hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of attendees. These events create opportunities for local businesses, community groups and industry partners to connect, promote their services and engage directly with their audiences.
Anagram Events’ Role
We provide structured, end‑to‑end operational support to ensure each expo runs smoothly from planning through to pack‑down. Our work spans exhibitor logistics, venue coordination, supplier management and on‑the‑day operations, with a focus on clear communication and calm, reliable delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Exhibitor onboarding, communication and logistics
- Venue liaison, floor planning and supplier coordination
- Registration and attendee flow management
- Bump‑in and bump‑out oversight
- Stakeholder and partner support
- On‑the‑day operations, troubleshooting and event control
