In April 2016, I attended the inaugural Australian Vascular Access Society (AVAS) conference in Brisbane, managed by Anagram Events Australia. The conference was a resounding success, attended by over 250 healthcare professionals from around Australia and many international destinations.
I have been to numerous national and international conferences, and this was by far one of the best I’ve ever attended. The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre provided an excellent venue, and the food was delicious and plentiful. A range of informative and engaging presentations from national and international keynote speakers and abstract presenters ensured a program both fresh and interesting. In between sessions, attendees had plenty of time for networking with colleagues, sharing ideas and enjoying the buzz of the event.
From initial registration to the conference app to the final closing session, the entire conference was extremely professional, and I would highly recommend Anagram Events Australia.

Anagram Events Australia were appointed as the Professional Conference Organiser for the Australian Vascular Access Society’s Inaugural Scientific Meeting 2016, providing us with a full suite of conference services including creating and managing the budget, sponsorship management, managing speaker logistics, delegate registration, venue management and conference website management.
Anagram Events Australia worked closely with the organising committee in ensuring the 1ST Scientific Meeting was an outstanding success. They were flexible in their approach, constantly going above and beyond in helping the organising committee achieve a meeting that surpassed all expectations. Challenges were faced head-on and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.

We engaged Anagram Events for two conferences in late 2015, one of which involved more than a hundred participants, including quite a few from interstate. Anagram’s contribution was an important factor contributing to successful outcomes achieved for both events.
At that time, we needed an external party to manage registrations for us, including: receiving the registration fees; preparing information and name tags for the Registration Desk; and coordinating catering including placing orders, keeping track of special needs and generally liaising with the caterers.
